MAT Industries LLC., a leading manufacturer of air compressors in Jackson, TN, is hiring for a 2nd shift Welder. The role starts at $22.60/hour with an additional $2.50/hour shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Work mostly Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include MIG and hand welding, reading blueprints, and maintaining weld quality in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in MIG welding and must pass on-site MIG weld test.
• Be able to work as scheduled.
