Job summary

Lozier Corporation is hiring for an operator on the 2nd shift to develop, load, and modify programs for laser or CNC equipment. You will work with engineers, vendor technicians, and fellow operators to fabricate a diversified line of products to specification from drawings.

This role requires manual handling of materials and ensuring product quality and safe operation. Training will be provided, with opportunities for career development within Lozier's manufacturing environment and benefits

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

• 12 hour shifts Friday thru Sunday
• 2nd shift 6:30pm - 7:00am: $22.39 with a $6.00 per hour plus 5% shift premium
• $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The operator is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of developing programs, loading programs, and modifying programs on personal computers involved in the operation of highly technical equipment. Also responsible for preventative maintenance as required. The operator will work with engineers, vendor technicians, programmers, and will also train co-workers. The operator is highly skilled and can perform all operations required to fabricate and construct a diversified line of products to specifications by using drawings or prints. Must be physically capable of handling product, materials, and equipment as needed. He/she is responsible for quality of the product and safe operation. Requires little supervision. Training will be provided.
