Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator for the 2nd shift to load/unload customer garments and bulk products, run washers/dryers, and ensure correct wash/dry parameters.

You will coordinate transfers between machines, maintain a clean work area, and strive for high quality and productivity. This is a full-time role within the Rental division with safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Must learn to use a computer/console to complete tasks.
• Must communicate with others to complete tasks.
• Must handle soiled materials with protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires lifting or moving materials for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading garments and bulk products into washers/dryers.
• Setting wash and dry parameters based on product type.
• Coordinating transfers between washers and dryers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Meeting or exceeding quality and quantity standards.
