Job summary

ZF in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead warehouse operations, drive productivity, and manage inventory flow. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5+ years in supervision, with 10–15+ associates under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10–15+ associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS systems.
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity by meeting or exceeding volume, service, and operational performance goals.
• Lead a safe warehouse operation through safety training, compliance, and accident prevention initiatives.
• Oversee all storage, staging, packaging, material handling, and outbound logistics activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, system integrity, and efficient product flow while proactively resolving operational issues.
• Support budget and KPI achievement through standardization, continuous improvement, and labor optimization.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members and leaders while fostering growth, accountability, and engagement.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture by building strong cross-functional relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Continuously improve accuracy, quality, efficiency, safety, and housekeeping across all warehouse operations.
