Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Selector in Hatfield, MA. You will pick and organize products, prepare orders for delivery, and work in a fast-paced, active role. Training is provided with pay of $24/hour, rising to $25/hour post-training plus incentives.

Expect a 2nd shift with 3:30 PM start and 4–10 hour shifts, with some Sundays mandatory. Location: 95 North Hatfield Rd, Hatfield, MA. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma required.
• 2nd shift availability.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 1–60 lbs.
• Adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using sheets or headset.
• Stack items on pallets for loading.
• Maintain order accuracy with safety in mind.
• Operate walkie-rider or pallet jack as needed.
• Wrap products securely for transport.
• Notify supervisor of quantity/description discrepancies.
• Perform equipment checks and complete forms.
• Stand, bend, lift and move up to 90% of shift.
• Follow safe operating procedures for material handling.
