Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift skills assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Strong reading and math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records such as Bill of Ladings, receivers, and pick tickets per warehouse procedures.
• Count goods returned to the plant and inspect for damage, fullness, or emptiness.
• Safely operate yard switcher, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as assigned.
• Use warehouse management systems, screen interfaces, and pick tickets to ensure proper load and inventory accuracy.
• Perform safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment; keep work area clean and organized.
