Job summary

RW Zant is seeking dependable team members for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate / Picker & Packer in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a stable, team-oriented operation. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work well in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Scan and verify products and inventory.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
