Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Pick and Pack in Solon, OH for 2nd shift (40 hours weekly) with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $20/hr. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, load/unload vehicles, and use RF scanners and WMS to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include labeling, processing shipping paperwork, and helping maintain safety standards. Requirements include 6+ months of warehouse experience, forklift and pallet jack skills, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year warehouse experience
• Forklift (sit-down and reach truck) & pallet jack experience
• Stable work history and reliable attendance
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Preferred: RF scanner experience, general electrical product knowledge
• Ability to perform basic math and organize/prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble, and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisions
• Load and unload company and carrier vehicles (no driving duties)
• Pack orders into containers and arrange for outgoing shipments
• Process and verify shipping paperwork and invoices
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for picking and inventory tasks
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in order picking
• Follow customer shipping instructions, including labeling and BOL completion
• Substitute for other warehouse staff when needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and wear required work boots
