Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Picker for the 2nd shift in Davenport, IA. This on-site role focuses on accurate picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments using RF scanners and lift equipment.

You will work Monday–Friday on 2nd shift with mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays, supporting a fast-paced parts distribution center and ensuring quality and safety in every task. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort around forklifts, RF

Qualifications

• 36 months of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Experience with picking and packing in a distribution setting.
• RF scanner proficiency for inventory and orders.
• Able to load and unload trucks and operate forklifts safely.
• Work around forklifts in a busy warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays.
• Able to work in a multicultural team.
• Quality-focused with correct shipping destinations.

Responsibilities

• Sort boxes and place on correct pallet for forklift operators.
• Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment.
• Use RF scanner to locate, identify, and record inventory and orders.
• Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.
• Handle lifting tasks up to 75 lbs safely.
• Perform general warehouse labor: picking, packaging, and inventory tasks.
• Operate around forklifts with safety awareness.
• Double-check picks, labels, and destinations to ensure correct shipments.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to a multicultural, collaborative team.
• Adapt to overtime and Saturday schedules.
