SWD Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Packer for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Addison, IL. The full-time role may include weekends and pays $18.75 per hour to start.

Responsibilities include packing/unpacking, operating wrap and roll-sort machinery, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Applicants should be able to work quickly in a team, handle heavy equipment, and follow all quality policies. This position offers benefits and weekly pay, with potential growth within a long-standing metal finishing

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer jobs at the pack 3 and pack 4 machines.
• Hand pack when needed.
• Unpack jobs for all departments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Operate the wrap machine.
• Operate the roll sorter.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Practice safe work habits, following outlined policies and procedures.
