Job summary

RJ Schinner Co. in Port Wentworth, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the second shift (4:00 pm–12:30 am). You will receive, pick, and transport products, ensuring accurate receipt and shipment while following safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience.
• 1-year forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently.
• Exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Two weeks’ paid time off during first year, paid holidays and leave program.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and equipment checks.
