Job summary

Alexandria Moulding is seeking a 2nd Shift General Crew member to support warehouse and production operations. The role involves safely operating tugger vehicles and forklifts, preparing and staging materials for production and shipments, and maintaining organized, clean work areas.

Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, follow instructions in a fast-paced setting, and maintain reliable attendance. Starting pay is $17.36/hour plus shift differential, with incentive opportunities for

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a tugger or forklift preferred (training available).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practices.
• Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks efficiently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to assist across different areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tugger to pull carts, move product, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, stack, and move building materials.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols related to powered industrial vehicles.
• Band, wrap, tape, and secure product according to company standards.
• Assist with staging materials for production or outbound shipments.
• Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and replenishments.
