Job summary

RealTruck, a leading truck accessories retailer, is hiring a Machine Operator on 2nd shift in Lincoln, RI. You will support shipping, receiving, and material handling, primarily using powered equipment and a forklift with certification.

The role requires cooperation with a team to ensure accurate inventory and timely orders. In this full-time on-site position, you will handle packing, staging, and loading, while maintaining safety and a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6-12 months related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for movement within the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping.
• Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report issues.
• Assemble component parts into kits; package and label kits; enter data into WMS.
• Pick and pack inventory for shipment; stage inventory for shipment; load trailers.
