Job summary

Nice-Pak Products, Inc. in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating shift (5:45 pm–6:00 am). The role focuses on safe line stocking and warehousing of raw materials, with training to advance within two levels.

You will interact with Quality, Shipping & Logistics, Maintenance, and HR while upholding safety policies. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, staging products, order picking, loading outbound freight, and operating forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse with material handling and forklift operation.
• Ability to use a Warehouse Management System and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely using proper equipment and procedures.
• Stage product to ensure quantities and codes align with loading schedule.
• Relocate product to optimize warehouse space as directed.
• Pick orders and prepare shipments using proper equipment and procedures.
• Load outbound freight safely and efficiently with powered equipment.
• Operate forklift/clamp truck and perform daily inspections.
• Conduct physical inventories as required and pass forklift testing.
• Follow safety policies and cGMPs in all duties.
• Assist in general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
