Job summary

Fromm Family Foods in the Town of Columbus, Wisconsin, is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of pet food throughout the facility. You will operate forklifts, pick orders with RF scanners, stage items for loading, and help load trucks, while maintaining precise documentation.

Applicants should have forklift experience in a fast-paced environment and be fluent in English. Forklift certification is preferred to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Move pet food to/from production, packaging lines, and storage areas.
• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners.
• Stage orders for loading and prepare for shipment.
• Load trucks according to shipping schedule.
• Operate material handling equipment (stand‑up/sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks).
• Complete all paperwork accurately (pick lists, loading documents).

Job Requirements

Position Summary: Safe, accurate and timely movement of high quality pet food throughout the facility, servicing internal and external customers. Reports to: Warehouse Manager. Wage based on experience.

Essential Functions

• Movement of high quality pet food to and from production and packaging lines, and to warehouse storage area.
• Accurately pick customer orders utilizing RF scanners.
• Accurately stage orders for loading.
• Load trucks according to shipping schedule.
• Operate assigned material handling equipment (stand‑up forklift, sit‑down forklift, reach truck, etc).
• Accurately complete all documentation (pick lists, bill of ladings, receiving documents).

Experience and Qualifications

• Forklift: 2 years (Required)
• Forklift and fast paced warehouse: 2 years (Required)
• Language: English (Required)
• License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred)
