Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Westfield, IN seeks a 2nd Shift Material Handler to operate forklifts, move and store materials, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will use RF scanners, Oracle, Discoverer, and Microsoft Office to transact and track items, follow safety procedures, and support warehouse operations.

Schedule is Monday - Thursday (5:00 pm - 3:30 am). Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid forklift certification; overtime may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift certification/licensure (OSHA/local rules).
• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks; stock picker experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and computers.
• Familiarity with inventory software and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to transport, load, and unload products.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report issues.
• Use RF scanners to transact and move material to/from storage.
• Track inventory with computers and ensure order accuracy.
• Load/unload and stack materials per procedures; assist with audits.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
