Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift. You will drive company trucks to designated areas for unloading soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats and other customer items onto trucks according to routes.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US, be at least 18, and have a valid driver's license, with ability to work around temperature variations and with PPE

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks and load clean uniforms, floor mats and customer products onto trucks based on routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area.
• Meet or exceed quantity and quality standards for loading/unloading.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines during all warehouse activities.
