Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader in New Jersey to support the Rental Division. Loaders unload soiled products from company trucks and load clean uniforms and mats onto trucks following customer routes. Maintain a clean workspace and meet quality standards while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is hourly with a full benefits package. This position is in the Rental organization and supports a 2nd shift with competitive pay and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Must tolerate hot/cold temperatures and exposure to elements.
• Must handle soiled materials with protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats and other customer products onto trucks per routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quantity/quality standards.
• Follow safety rules and job-related procedures.
