Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in Onalaska, WI. You will move soiled items, load clean uniforms and mats onto trucks, and help keep the facility clean and efficient. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting daily workload targets.

The position requires a valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures. This is a full-time role within the Rental division.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other items onto trucks per routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and meet quantity/quality standards for loaded/unloaded goods.
• Operate as part of the 2nd shift team within the Rental division to support daily operations.
• Follow safety rules and participate in the job tryout and selection process as needed.
