Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in San Leandro, CA. Responsibilities include unloading soiled products, loading clean uniforms and mats onto trucks, and maintaining a clean work area with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical activity, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load using company trucks to designated areas within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet or exceed quantity/quality standards for loaded/unloaded products.
• Drive company trucks to designated routes as needed for loading/unloading tasks.
