Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for the 2nd shift in Frederick, MD. The role involves driving company trucks to unload soiled products and loading clean uniforms, mats, and other items onto trucks following predefined routes.

Maintain cleanliness and meet quality standards on loading tasks. The position requires eligibility to work in the US, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Able to handle exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
• Able to handle materials that are soiled with appropriate PPE.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires lifting or moving materials for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats and customer products onto trucks according to routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet quality/loading standards.
• Support Rental division as a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader.
• Perform duties in a safe manner and adhere to company policies.
