C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Loader in Windsor Locks, CT. Earn $22.00 per hour with a 2nd shift differential. You will load orders onto trailers, use forklifts or electric pallet jacks, and verify orders with RF devices or voice headsets.

The role requires safety-conscious teamwork and the ability to follow procedures. The site offers training, weekly pay, benefits from day 1, PTO, and various employee programs.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product.
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets.
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages.
• Performing equipment inspections and completion of appropriate form.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.
