Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a 2nd shift Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations at our distribution center. You will lead a team, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure accurate, timely processing of orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will drive performance reviews, coach team members, and collaborate with management to meet production goals. On-site leadership and a focus on safety are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution team.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to develop and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage day-to-day operations of facilities and programs.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and terminate staff as needed.
• Set schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels; back up the Manager.
• Communicate culture, safety, production, and facility updates to the team.
• Lead performance reviews and develop talent; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and safety.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
