Job summary

TadDedicated is seeking a reliable Warehouse / Dock Associate in Lafayette, IN for a full-time, 2nd shift role. You will load and unload shipments, prepare products for transport, and maintain a safe, organized dock area.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a warehouse, basic computer skills, and good communication and teamwork abilities. Forklift experience is preferred and opportunities exist to earn additional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Operate pneumatic and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
