Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Mira Loma, CA site on the 2nd shift (4pm - 12:30am). The role offers $19-20/hr with weekly pay and rapid training to support a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping under supervision. We welcome energetic, physically capable candidates and provide benefits after 60 days, with opportunities for career growth and travel across sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary and require physical exertion.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
