Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate in LaVergne, TN, focusing on refrigeration operations to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of sensitive products. The role includes cross-training, housekeeping, and inventory control to maintain a safe, compliant facility.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, comfort with heights, and readiness to train on material handling equipment.

Qualifications

Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—great fit for the right candidate.
All training provided on day one.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
Ability to follow directions and change priorities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus
High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and support on projects.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
