Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate - High Bay Operator for the 2nd shift in Mason, OH. You will stock cases using a cherry picker a forklift that lifts up to 30 feet, and you will pick and pull stock to fulfill orders in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include cycle counts to assist inventory control and ensuring accurate fulfillment. The role requires standing for most of the shift and working at height. Safety protocols and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Basic minimum language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Stock cases in the distribution center using a cherry picker/forklift up to 30 feet high.
• Pick and pull stock from inventory to fulfill orders.
• Perform periodic cycle counts to assist inventory control.
