Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates in Clyde, OH to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team. The role involves moving and organizing inventory, loading/unloading, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining accurate records. Penalty-free environment and growth opportunities available with strong benefits. Second shift, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a competitive wage and a $1,500 retention bonus after 120 days.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match numbers and letters accurately.
• Move units off the conveyor using a clamp truck and place them in assigned locations.
• Stage and sort products for loading; load/unload trailers.
• Open/close dock doors and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Record production data and read work orders to determine tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as applicable (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Pack, label and ship finished products; ensure QA checks.
• Communicate with shifts and ensure safety compliance.
