Job summary

Williams Distributing Co. and Shoemaker Inc., part of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., seeks a Warehouse Associate for the mid-2nd shift in Howell, MI.

Responsibilities include off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts, while maintaining high-quality customer service and safety standards. You will operate a forklift, stock items, perform cycle counts, and ensure documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer items.
• Receive, stock, and organize items in correct locations.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process Will Calls and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Follow PPE, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
