Job summary

You will assist in daily warehouse tasks, manage shipping/receiving records, and help keep inventory balanced. Responsibilities include scheduling inbound freight, verifying labels, unloading pallets, stocking inventory, locating missing items, and assisting walk-in customers with selections.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required to operate clamp/stand-up forklift.
• Experience in warehouse receiving/shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule incoming freight shipments.
• Read and verify packing labels.
• Unload pallets of raw material.
• Inspect raw materials for damage.
• Place new raw materials in inventory.
• Locate inventory material for shipping.
• Stock new inventory material.
• Re-stock additional inventory.
• Determine location of missing items.
• Identify low stock items.
• Rotate stock (FIFO).
• Maintain materials organized.
• Move raw materials without damage.
• Provide service to walk-in customers.
• Write up orders for walk-in customers.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Operate forklifts safely.
