This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks, packing orders, receiving and organizing stock, and collaborating with a team to improve accuracy and throughput.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety protocols is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing, pulling, and packaging orders.
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Inspecting products and shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Keeping inventory organized and warehouse space optimized.
• Performing quality control checks.
• Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Following all safety and PPE requirements.
• Offering ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
