Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Unit Manager for the 2nd shift in the Men’s Program. You will oversee daily activities, admissions/discharges, and supervision of Recovery Specialists, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes on-site coordination of schedules, inventories, and crisis response, with bilingual communication preferred. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, MAP certification is a plus, and a minimum of two years’

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MAP certification preferred; willingness to acquire within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with the substance use disorder population.
• Experience managing a reception area preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in recovery if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to Recovery Specialists.
• Manage daily client schedule and activities.
• Supervise admission and discharge processes.
• Give tours and orientation to clients on admission.
• Ensure clients’ property and medication are logged and stored properly.
• Submit work orders when maintenance is needed.
• Collaborate with Program Director to manage inventory and supplies.
• Maintain safety and security protocols; crisis intervention when needed.
