Pilgrim’s is seeking a Truck Shop Mechanic for the 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm) in De Queen, Arkansas. You will maintain diesel and gasoline powered equipment, perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to various systems, and keep detailed service records. Certifications are included within the pay scale and attendance bonuses may apply.

• Test drive and adjust vehicle controls to ensure performance.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle safety and emissions standards.
• Maintain vehicle appearance and clean records of services.
• Troubleshoot shop equipment and manage supplies and inventory.
• Seek cost-effective parts options and manage warranty usage.
• Stay updated with latest maintenance knowledge and regulations.
