Job Description
Position Overview:

The Shift Team Lead plays a vital role in maintaining performance across established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards. This position emphasizes the engagement of Production employees to adhere to best practices. The Lead will supervise both production employees and production lines, driving a continuous improvement process aimed at optimizing safety, quality, and productivity within the established manufacturing system.
