Job summary

Jobot in Indiana is seeking a Medical Supply Chain Specialist to oversee the end-to-end medical supply chain and logistics. The role operates 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, in a large hospital network dedicated to high-quality patient care.

You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution, coordinate with vendors, and implement efficiency improvements across the supply chain, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in supply chain management, preferably medical/services.
• Experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills and vendor relationship building.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing of all medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and favorable pricing/delivery schedules.
• Implement supply chain optimization strategies to reduce costs.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Supply Chain Specialist to join our team! This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our medical supply chain, from receiving to shipping, and everything in between. • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
