Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 3/4) to join an in-office team on the 2nd shift. You will coordinate with Manufacturing to meet contractual dates, work across shop support teams, and handle SAP/MES transactions to move parts through production.

The role requires high school diploma with related experience, MS 365 proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. A DoD Secret Clearance may be required in time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Proficient in MS 365 apps and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance and Program Special Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP to meet schedule dates.
• Collaborate with shop support teams to remove production constraints.
• Perform SAP and MES transactions to release and receive parts.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies; address shortages.
• Obtain and maintain equipment licensing including electric carts and forklifts.
