Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Bedford Park, IL to lead the warehouse team and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, reporting, and scheduling, while coordinating with Operations leadership.

The role requires 2 years of leadership in warehousing, WMS experience, and the ability to work in cold or hot environments, including weekends if needed. Lineage offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment; resolve employee issues; perform assigned projects.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedurestoincludetheincomingandoutgoing shipments, handletheorganizationofmerchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation forcompletion of job assignmentswhilekeeping time and production records
• Track andsend reportsto designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activitiesincluding sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
• Perform assigned projects asinstructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2years warehouseor logisticsleadershipexperience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of40lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$60,600.00 - $102,200.00
