Job summary

Calyx Living of Apex, NC is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech to lead our new assisted living team. Based in Apex, you will supervise care staff and ensure safe medication administration while supporting PCAs in delivering high-quality resident care.

The role requires NC MT certification, prior supervisory experience, and weekend/holiday availability, with CPR certification preferred to enhance on-shift readiness.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and coordinate daily activities of the shift.
• Administer medications as assigned and ensure proper documentation.
• Support Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) by delivering personal care services to residents.
