Qualifications

• Must hold an active pharmacist license (RPh) in the state of practice.
• Experience managing medication inventory, cycle counts, recalls, and expired medication processing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide pharmacy associates to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage pharmaceutical equipment and medication inventory, including stock rotation, recalls, and expired medication processing.
• Perform visual verification of prescriptions for clinical and legal accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Obtain and renew required pharmacist permits, registrations, and licenses timely.
• Provide expertise to develop and improve action plans supporting business and customer needs.
• Build relationships with associates and management to implement business initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
