Job summary

Peerless-AV, a leader in design and manufacturing of AV solutions, is hiring a second-shift Forklift Driver. You will pick, consolidate, and ship orders on time, operating cherry pickers and various forklifts while maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

Strong communication and safety in a manufacturing warehouse are required. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years shipping experience, forklift experience, and ability to pass a certification test.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED certification.
• Experience: Two years shipping experience in a manufacturing warehouse required.
• Two years forklift experience desired; must pass Forklift Certification test (Available in English and Spanish).
• Skills/Abilities: effective communication with personnel from all departments; operate cherry picker, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate and ship all orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain shipping records and prepare documentation; assist with procedures for shipping area.
