The role requires clear communication on a two-way radio and strong customer service while adhering to security procedures. Candidates must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must pass Criminal Background Check
• Must pass Drug Screen
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage access control points
• Inventory purchased items at access control point and properly scan out the customer
• Direct customers to proper pick-up areas for certain products
• Communicate effectively on a 2-way radio with the client
• Hold strong customer service orientation with clear verbal and written communication
