Mattel is seeking a Security Officer at our Pennsylvania Distribution Center to maintain a safe, secure workplace for employees, vendors and visitors while protecting company assets. The role includes overseeing facility security, data entry for entering vehicles, and detailed incident reporting.

You will enforce regulations, respond to emergencies, perform hourly rounds, and manage access control for the Mattel building.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; one year related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business policies, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees, clients, customers and the general public.
• Basic computer knowledge – Word and Excel.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.
• Regularly stand/walk for extended periods; may lift up to 50 pounds.

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for our Pennsylvania Distribution Center.The Security Officer will provide a safe and secure workplace for employees, vendors and visitors while protecting the company assets.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Oversee safety and security of the facility/property

• Data entry of vehicles entering property (BOL)

• Detailed incident report writing.

• Respond to all emergencies and take appropriate action until emergency services arrives.

• Perform hourly rounds of the facility

• Access control ofMattel building

The schedule for this role is Saturday - Wednesday, with Thursdays and Fridays off.

Hours for the shift are 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

2nd shift differential is + $1.00.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED);one yearrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
