Job summary

Furmano Foods is seeking a Seamer Mechanic Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift to support our Northumberland, PA facility. This part-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining and repairing seamer and labeling equipment, completing work orders, and addressing breakdowns with both team and independent work styles.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related mechanical experience; welding experience is a plus. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, installing equipment, and coordinating parts

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of related mechanical experience with Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install new and existing equipment
• Diagnose mechanical problems/ bearings, drives, hydraulics, and piping systems
• Provide recommendations and solutions for equipment modifications
• Interpret and follow Blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
• Coordinate with team and purchasing to order parts
