Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the sanitation cleaning schedule and ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform environmental cleaning: trash collection and removal, facilities cleaning, etc.
• Washroom cleaning activities.
• Clean equipment: machines, drains, etc.
• Work safely and efficiently; follow lead/supervisor directions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Uphold and maintain food safety and quality systems.
• Monitor compliance of environmental regulations and assist with regulatory audits.
