Job summary
Robert Bosch Group is seeking a Safety Coordinator for 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM) in Wichita, KS. This full-time role supports implementation and enforcement of safety requirements across plant operations, reviews incidents for root causes, and provides technical assistance to staff.

- HSE knowledge and compliance with OSHA/EPA requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environments.
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to train and mentor shop floor staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance routes are completed and updated as needed.
- Serve as shop floor mentor for HSE topics and training.
- Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate plant emergency drills and safety trainings.
- Develop and revise HSE policies and procedures.
- Lead safety audits and maintain documentation per Bosch directives.
