Job summary

Molded Dimensions Group in Port Washington, Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM). This hands-on role supports molding and finishing to produce high-quality rubber components that meet customer specs.

You will operate molding equipment, inspect parts, perform trimming and final inspections, and document production activities. The job requires good attention to detail and teamwork, with a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and inspection procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding equipment and monitor production processes.
• Inspect molded components during production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform finishing operations on molded parts, including trimming and detailed inspection.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify customer specifications and product quality.
• Complete required production, quality, and inspection documentation accurately.
• Identify and communicate quality, production, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
