Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience as an LPN or RN.
• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Illinois.
• BLS certification is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate nursing policies and administer resident care.
• Direct day-to-day nursing staff duties and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide comprehensive resident care addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication administration.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Perform nursing duties including medication administration, wound care, and rehab programs.
