Cabinetworks Group in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate to read product drawings, assess compliance with wood character and finishing specs, and conduct quality audits. You will prepare quality reports and perform gage/control measurements to KCMA standards while following safety and QMS guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, ability to use tape measures/calipers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LINCS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure and caliper.
• Math and computer skills including Microsoft Office and LINCS.
• Ability to read/write/communicate clearly and concisely in English.
• Two to three years work experience.
• Ability to read/write/communicate clearly and concisely in English.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret product drawings.
• Evaluate compliance with wood character, machining, assembly and finishing requirements.
• Complete quality audits of product and processes including Data Pak and Color control.
• Prepare reports on quality/scrap.
• Gage control and measurement testing to KCMA and Company Specifications.
• Problem solving and following written or verbal instructions.
• Perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety policies and QMS awareness.
• Perform tasks beyond the department as needed.
