LJT Wisconsin LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Specialist in Wisconsin to test and inspect products at various production stages, evaluate data, and ensure quality and reliability. You will lead capability studies, material testing, PPAP/ISIR, and GR&R activities while supporting manufacturing with quality standards interpretation.
The role involves daily lab work, calibration of gauging equipment, and maintaining meticulous quality records.
The 2nd Shift Quality Specialist is primarily responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process and complies and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, handle samples and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or GED preferred
