Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift at the El Paso facility located at 1 Helen of Troy Plaza. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:45am. The rate is $21.56 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

This role is eligible for a variable incentive program. The inspector will read wiring diagrams, BOMs, and schematics to verify correct wiring, components, connectors, and structure assemblies per procedures and literature, aiming for timely order

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, production, or military, or a technical degree.
• Residence within 50 miles of El Paso facility; no relocation offered.
• Sponsorship not offered for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products on all lines to verify function and conformity to specs.
• Examine and verify mating structures and current revisions against docs.
• Document non-conformances and coordinate required rework.
• Communicate design errors to front-end personnel for correction.
• Assist as informal trainer for production staff and support complex tasks.
• Work self-directed, reach overhead, pull/push, and climb ladders.
